The DUALMAX II is an ADVANCED IPL machine from the latest technology.

This technology separates itself from standard IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) due to its ability to treat any skin type safely and its use of FDP (Fast Delivery Pulse), also featuring a cooling system on a Sapphire contact crystal.

This is what we call IPL at its best! Dualmax II is the most complete and powerful FDA-cleared IPL system. It comes with two integrated self-cooled handpieces with different spot sizes, allowing you to conveniently treat the face or body. Its FDP, also known as SHR technology (up to 10Hz), makes this machine highly effective, reliable, and virtually pain-free.

Applications:

✅ Hair removal (including white and blond hair, as stated in the source)

✅ Photo-rejuvenation

✅ Hyperpigmentation

✅ Vascular lesions

✅ Acne

Wavelengths and filters:

DUALMAX II operates within a range of 200nm to 1200nm and uses different filters to narrow the wavelength range. Each filter is designed for specific treatments, allowing customization based on the individual's skin type and the condition being treated.

The available filters for this machine are (some optional):
- 420nm: Acne treatments, skin type (I–V)
- 530nm: Skin rejuvenation, vascular lesions, pigmented lesions, skin type (IV)
- 590nm: Skin rejuvenation, vascular lesions, pigmented lesions, skin type (V)
- 640nm: Hair removal, skin type (I–IV)
- 690nm: Hair removal, skin type (V)
- 750nm: All applications, skin type (VI)
It covers five essential applications:

✔️ 1. Hyperpigmentation: The machine targets pigmented cells, such as those causing freckles or age spots. The light energy is absorbed by melanin (pigment) in the skin, breaking down these cells and reducing pigmentation.

✔️ 2. Vascular Conditions: For conditions such as rosacea or spider veins, the machine targets oxyhemoglobin in blood vessels. The light energy heats the vessels, causing them to collapse and reducing redness and visible veins. Due to its superficial action, IPL is designed to avoid affecting deeper vessels.

✔️ 3. Hair Removal: The machine is designed to reduce unwanted hair by targeting melanin in the hair follicles, damaging them and inhibiting future growth. Different wavelengths can be used to treat different hair colors and skin types. As an advanced IPL technology, it is designed to work across the Fitzpatrick skin scale.

✔️ 4. Skin Rejuvenation: The machine can stimulate collagen production by targeting water in the skin, improving overall texture and tone. This may help reduce the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, and enlarged pores.

✔️ 5. Acne: The light energy emitted by IPL can penetrate the skin and target bacteria associated with acne, helping improve existing acne and prevent future breakouts.

The manufacturer states that the treatments are suitable for different skin types, depending on the application and settings.

🌟 HIGHLIGHTS 🌟

1. Lifespan: 1,000,000 pulses

The Dualmax II has a high-shot-count handle capable of delivering up to 1,000,000 pulses before starting to deteriorate. While other good-quality machines may offer 200,000–300,000 pulses and lower-quality machines fewer than 100,000, this extended lifespan can help reduce lamp replacement costs and maintain consistent performance over time.

2. Pain-Free Treatments

The Dualmax II uses Fast Delivery Pulsed (FDP) technology, also known as SHR, designed to make treatments effective, fast, and virtually pain-free.

3. Low Maintenance

The Dualmax II requires minimal maintenance, with no consumables needed, providing a hassle-free experience.

4. Advanced Technology

With its stated 2500W power and improved handpieces, the Dualmax II is designed to provide strong performance and faster treatment times. Its power and efficiency may help deliver results in less time, making it an option for clinics and patients seeking efficient treatments.
